Choosing a doula is an important choice to make concerning your birth, but it is not the only choice. I have tried to pack this site with information important when planning your delivery.

Every woman has to make choices regarding her birth, even not choosing is a choice. When you don't educate yourself about your choices, you are choosing to place all decisions regarding your delivery in someone else's hands.
